What we do
We provide counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, children and teenagers
We have six fully qualified, professionally accredited or pre-accredited, Garda-vetted therapists,
each with their own approach and particular skills
All attend supervision, a reflective practice to enhance their work
and all are committed to continuous professional development and life long learning
The centre itself is welcoming, peaceful and comfortable, with a range of therapy rooms and a play therapy space.
It is wheelchair accessible
The centre is located in several acres of parkland, managed as a nature reserve, with a river flowing through it, a lake with resident swans, mountain views and many walking trails and tranquil sitting areas.
There are lower cost counselling sessions available for those who need them.
